1. Try to choose the natural fibers and avoid chemical fabric.

   Choosing the natural bookcloth to make print can avoid many problems. It wons good ink absorption, bright printing pictures, strong layers and good reducibility. The natural fiber will not crimp as damp temperature and goes smoothly when printing; the cutting edge will not have lines. The chemical fabric will be easy to lose color when printing; it is easy to shrink and crimp; then it is difficult to operate automatically on machine.  

    Sakura, Lily Cot, Coral Colorful Bookcloth, Buckram-Light, Buckram-Heavy, Library Buckram, Mental Element, Pearlescent Bookcloth and Natural Linen are 100% natural fibers. Choose them as your printing materials will make your products get high-quality insurance.

 

2. Sample making problems

    The printing effectr between bookcloth and pape is incomparable. It is not allowable to compare the cloth printing definition with paper. If you need to make sample test, you can consider to use Ad Inkjet Printer to make printing so that the designer can better check the printing effect and adaptability.

3. Cloth Cutting

   Cloth after cutting can not put in the air for a long time. If it can not use in time, it must be sealed up in case of roll and crimp. Natural fiber will be much better than Chemical fabric in this respect.

4. Printing Machine Choosing

   Chemical Fabric Printing is suggested to use quarto offset printing machine, as it is much more easy to operate and reduce waste. The counter and quarto offset printing machine both are ok for the natural fibers. 

5. Printing Lines

   In view of printing narrow and expanding area, on thick cloth printing, such as natural linen, choose 150 lines and on thin cloth, such as sakura and coral colorful bookcloth, choose 175 lines. In principle, the printing lines can not exceed 200, but our lily cot can print on 200 lines.

If the line is over crowed, it is easy to paste the board, looks confused, and if the line is too rare, it looks breezing. 

6. Ink and cutting sheets

In general, common linen and cotton, such as sakura, lily cot and coral colorful bookcloth just choosing common ink will be ok. But printing on coating cloth, such as Buckram-Light, Buckram-Heavy and pearlescent Bookcloth must choose quick-drying ink. Mental element can also use common ink. When printing, it must reduce the cutting sheets, controling under 200 sheets. In case of dirt, depends on the weather, usually bind after 2-3 days. 

7. Printing Pressure, Ink Quantity and Printing Speed

Printing speed should control under 10000 turing and in general, 8000 turning is quite proper. Ink quantity should add 20% more and pressure add 30% more than printing on paper, or the printing picture will not clear and tight.
