1) The Cloth Materials

  In principle, the more natural the cloth is, the easier the stamping can attached. For example, the cotton, linen and silk cloth can be much more easier than chemical fibers,  Our Sakura book cloth, Lily Cot and Coral Corlorful Bookcloth are made from 100% natural fibers, the most easliy stamping cloth. The pictures own outstanding bump performance, neat dege and smooth botton,distinguishing from each other after foil stamping.

 

     

The belowing is the bump performance used by copper board in common cotton cloth, three-dimensional feeling is much inferior to Sakura Cloth.

 

 

2) The veins of binding cloth

  If the cloth veins is too rare, it will be easier to appear the scene of leaking foil, difficult to attach on the cloth. Thus the proper vein is very important, or the cloth veins can not reflect and no cloth imagination.

  The vein and yarn count of Sakura Cloth is the best ratio through scientific caculation.

 

3） The element of foil stamping paper

In general, the cheap one, bad performance and the stamping effect can not be guaranteed too. If your prensent foil stamping can not applicated very well, we recommend you to use one kind of Taiwan specail foil stamping paper: 200 RMB/Roll.

 

 

4) The Stamping Board

  The copper board will be much more durable than zinc board and aluminium board, as its performance to bear pressure and high temperature is better and the foil edging pictures will be more trim. Thus when making products, try to choose the copper board.

 

5) Foil Stamping Machine

  The Pressure of High Frequency, Full-automatic, Pneumatic and Flat Foil Stamping Machine is not feasible, not fit for stamping on binding cloth. Only the traditional Half-automatic Stamping Machine is the best choice. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6) The Technology and Process

   Generally, the tempeture should be enhanced and the pressure need to increase and the staying time should be for a long while. If your customers foiled on the whole cloth, the effect is not good naturely, as the pressure is not enough. The cloth should be mounted on the grey board or put a grey board in the below to ensure the stamping picture locate best place.

Sheet Stamping effect on our Sakura Bookcloth

   If it must be stamped on sheet cloth, then pasted on board, we suggest to put a paperbooard which has the same size of stamping cloth picture on the Stamping Machine, as the below left picture. And cut the edge of paperboard neatly to avoid touching the gold. This kind of stamping ways will be much better.
